To kick to 2021 we have sat down the Founder of The Photography For Little People Franchise Jan Massey, to have a quick Q&A to discuss the franchise in more depth, the opportunity that could be available and the impact of COVID19.
Q1. What makes your franchise standout?
We are an established, family run mobile photography franchise and have developed a beautiful business that works with very littles ones ,capturing memories and creating stunning wall art. We support, train and develop our franchisees skills as professional photographers and business owners and listen to your needs. Our business is fun, very flexible, with low overheads and very visual and offers our franchisees the freedom to work around their family.
Q2. Why is it worth investing in your brand?
We have a strong brand that continues to grow from strength to strength. No previous experience is needed. Profit margins are high and our images and work never date. The support we offer franchisees is above and beyond. We have created an informal family feel to our business.
Q3. How is your franchise adapting to the current COVID-19 crisis?
Like many businesses during lockdown we have not been able to work because of government guidelines but we have used this time to support our franchisees and train, motivate and learn new skills. We are all now experts on zoom and we now meet potential franchisees on zoom as well for initial Discovery Times. We are unable to travel to offer face to face discovery meetings at the moment.
PPE has played a big part in our preparation to work when the lockdowns were lifted and this has been so important in protecting our clients and our franchisees
Q4. What extra support and assistance are you offering your franchisees during this time?
We offer 1-1 training via zoom meetings, group zoom sessions for all franchisees to support one another. We have brought outside trainers in to use this time wisely, via zoom. Social media and marketing skills have been worked on. This time has been used to prepare franchisees to reopen as soon as it’s safe to do so.
Q5. What plans do you have for the franchise over the next few years?
To continue to grow nationally and develop our existing franchisees so they achieve the success they desire.
Q6. What skills are important for your franchisees to have?
Passion to be creative and the drive and desire to want to build a business that will grow around their family.
